A whistle made of blue construction paper, coloured fabric and rattan wood. A strand of pink ribbon coils around it. At one end, there are three fabric streamers sticking out, one white, one red and one pink. There is a tag of thin pink fabric tied with black string amongst the streamers. The ribbon and the streamers are held in place with tape. On the other end, the rattan wood is wrapped in a coil. It is tight at the end of the whistle and widens towards the middle.
So this is a very intricate thing. There's almost like feathers, it feels like, or tassels. First I thought it felt like feathers, but now it is very fine material that's hanging out one end of it, attached with a string, which is very smooth string, almost like a wire string, very smooth. The, the object is a cylinder shape. It's fairly long, like about maybe longer than your hand, up sort of to the middle of your wrist, but very thin. It has a lot of coils of paper around it. The paper of the tube is made, it feels a bit like tape, but also a little bit of that wrapping paper texture to it. It's crackly when you touch it a little bit. Yeah, it, it, it feels very like a celebration object to me.
