Materials: Box (cardboard box wrapped in paper, photograph, watercolour paper, watercolour paint, glue and cardboard). Friends (watercolour paper, watercolour paint and marker). House inside the box (Die cut wood, marker and fabric scrap).
A cardboard box with a photo of a light blue front door taped to the two opening flaps. Through the door window, you can see a small yellow bicycle and a blue slide on a stone paved patio. Opening the flaps reveals a diorama of the inside of the house. Inside the house are two paper cut outs of a woman in orange wearing glasses and a woman in purple with straight hair standing next to each other with smiles on their faces. Above them is a red heart made of fabric. It has a roof of corrugated cardboard, and there is a string that ties to a window on the side of the house and two holes on the front. The house itself is in front of a vibrant background of blue and purple watercolour sky and green grass made of a fuzzy material.
So this is a box, is square, square box, maybe the length of from your hand to the middle of your arm, about the same width you pull it up open from the front, and when you open it, you feel two things that almost feel like doors, very soft and sort of shiny material, when you feel it very smooth. When you open those up inside of the box is a, a house, a shape of a house. The roof part of the house is ridgy, feels all ridges, both on the top and on the front of that part. There is a hole for a door and some windows, three windows, they're squares the windows. There's some other little round circles that you can feel holes around the, the door. I'm not sure what they absolutely represent, but you can open this house going from your right to your left. You can open it, you can feel inside. You can feel two figures inside, and you can feel some paper inside. And yeah, I guess so. So, if you close up the house below the house closest to you, there is a whole row of very fuzzy cloth, material, very furry, almost, material that extends at the bottom the hole across the front of the box on the inside. Oh, behind the house, there is some paper which is quite textured, quite it's a little bit spongy, almost, so it almost feels like thicker cardboard paper. And it's kind of in the shape as well, as the, as the house, the same shape as the house.
